Boyfrienddd!?!? im really confusedd.. help?

so im dating this guy. nd like we fight all the time.. we desgree on eachother on mostly everythingg..but we cant ever stay mad at each other.. well i can but he cant. some times he just piisses me off..but im like IN LOVE WITH HIM. on thursday was the last day i saw him this week..nd TALKED TO is sunday now. i texted him friday..he didnt text bck .so i called him nd he was smoking tht dope. he said he will call me bck i said no u wont he said w.e nd hung up..then i texted him l8tr on tht day[afterrschool] nd said tht i h8 fightin with him nd blah blah nd we said sorry .nd stuff. then he called me l8tr tht night nd i was with my friend he was high im like im listenin to music with my friend he said okay well lemme call u bck in a min i said ok. he never called me bck tht night nor texted me nd yesterday[sat] he never called me nor texted me ..i text him but no respond.. wat does tht mean?? nd i tell him to call me he says ok i will in a min nd never does..it hurts me so muchh. :[
