Can you all please help me.?

Okay, I've got this friend. He calls me numerous times and when I don't talk to him he's gets angry. I don't know what to do. He will add me on facebook and then redelete me when he gets mad at me over something stupid. He say's I start things, when I am politely tell him. Sometimes he calls real early in morning and wakes up my parents. It's getting tiresome. What should I do?
