Why Does This Teacher Keep Giving Me D's?

I honestly don't know how this would turn out since it really depends on your administrators, but I would make these complaints known to the administrators, obviously not by yourself, voice these concerns to your parents and have them come to your school and talk to someone about it. If this teacher is being unfair to you, you shouldn't let that affect your grade. Maybe your administrators will take your side and speak with the teacher. Make sure to name plenty of examples such as the lipstick thing you just mentioned and how you didn't even have your lipstick out.
